 We use Google Analytics to manage our site traffic.  We do not share your information with any third parties, unless you have provided us permission to do so. Though transactional data, to help manage your membership access, is stored in our secure servers, we do NOT store any of your payment method information on our servers, ever.  Our credit and debit merchant account service, PayPal and AER.IO provides full PCI compliance for all financial transactions. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

  • How we protect your data – we use SSL and secure hosting.  Any account details are protected from online viewing and/download by the public.  You can delete your account, from your Account Profile Settings Page – anytime.  All personal information, stored in your profile will be immediately deleted.
  • What data breach procedures we have in place – if we experience any type of breach, we are notified by our webmaster and hosting company, merchant account provider or bank.  We will contact you within 72 business hours of any breach by email; using the email account you have used during a purchase or indicated on your member profile. We never sell or rent your information.
